生物多样性计算方法的探讨

摘    要:生物多样性的评价指标是有效保护生物多样性、合理利用其资源、保护其可持续发展的关键。本文就目前常用的生物多样性评价指标的计算方法进行了初步系统地探讨。将其分为5类,分别为物种多样性指数(包括Shannon-wiener指数,Simpson指数),物种丰富度指标(包括Margaler指数,Gleason指数),均匀度指数,生态优势度以及熵(包括信息熵,概测度熵,统计力学熵)。这些指数及其计算方法的探讨,对生物多样性的研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

Abstract:The evaluation index of biodiversity is the key to protect biodiversity effectively,use its resources fairly and maintain its sustainable development.In this paper we have discussed the calculation methods of the evaluation index of biodiversity primarily and systematically and dividend them into 5 kinds: the species diversity index(including the Shannon-wiener index,and the Simpson index),the species abundance index(including the Margaler index,and the Gleason index),the species uniformity index,ecological dominance and entropy(including information entropy,estimation entropy and statistical mechanics entropy). It is significantly important in both theory and practice to discuss these indexes and their calculation methods and to research biodiversity.
