| 摘 要： | 质量是科技期刊的生命。正确的理解质量,提高质量,评价质量,从总结实际经验入手使之上升为理论,找出客观规律并形成符合实际的、科学的思想和观点,用来指导科技期刊出版工作,具有重要的现实意义。结合长期的科技期刊编辑出版工作实践,对如何提高科技期刊质量进行思考及总结。

| Abstract: | Quality is the life of the sci-tech journals. How to correct understand the quality, improve the quality and of evaluate the quality, starting from summarizing practical experience to rise them to the theory, find out the objective laws and form scientific thoughts and ideas, using them to guide the work of sci-tech journal publishing, has important practical significance. Combing with long-term practical experience of sci-tech journal publishing, the author thought and summed up ways to improve publishing quality of sci-tech journals. |
