摘    要:通过盆栽实验,研究了玉米间作大豆对根际土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响。结果表明:在玉米喇叭口期和大豆分枝期,玉米、大豆间作的玉米地上生物学产量高于单作玉米38.73%,大豆地上生物学产量较单作大豆降低了8.12%,差异不显著。与单作相比,间作体系中的玉米、大豆根际土壤养分有效性、根际土壤微生物数量、根际土壤酶活性均显著高于相应单作根际土壤。间作体系中玉米取得间作优势,养分利用率提高主要是根际土壤养分有效性的提高,而根际土壤养分有效性高受根际土壤中微生物数量和酶活性的影响。

Abstract:The pot experiment was conducted to investigate effects of intercrop maize and soybean on rhizosphere soil microbes and enzyme activity.The results show that the maize aerial biological yield on intercrop maize and soybean soil is 38.73% higher than that on single maize soil at the maize bugle stage and soybean bifurcation stage,the soybean aerial biological yield on intercrop maize and soybean soil is 8.12% lower than that on single soybean soil but there is no significant difference between them.The nutrient availability,microbe number and enzyme activity of rhizosphere soil in the intercropping system are significantly higher than those in the single culture.The soil nutrient utilization rate increases with the increase of rhizosphere nutrient availability and the microbe number and enzyme activity of rhizospere soil affect the rhizosphere nutrient availability.
