摘    要:采用半叶法测定了经茂丰6%抗坏血酸水剂处理的烟叶抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的活性-钝化、保护及治疗的作用,检测了经茂丰诱导后烟叶中抗性相关酶系-苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性及叶绿素含量。结果表明,其抗性相关酶系及叶绿素含量的增加与茂丰诱导的抗病作用密切相关,即茂丰具有抗TMV活性和明显的治疗、保护作用。

Abstract:The tobacco leaf with TMV was treated by 6% of ascorbic acid liquid agent to investigate the inactivation effect of TMV bioactivity,and its protection and cure effects in vivo.The results from determining the activity of Phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),Peroxidase(POD) and Superoxide dismutase(SOD),and chlorophyll content in tobacco leaf treated by 6% of ascorbic acid liquid agent,show that the chlorophyll content and activities of PAL,POD and SOD are promoted,which can resist the bio-activity of TMV and significantly enhence the protection and cure effects.
