44份西藏大麦农艺性状的聚类分析

摘    要:为了筛选比较好的育种材料,对44份大麦材料8个农艺性状做聚类分析,结果表明,44份大麦材料可分为三个类群,第一类群包含21份材料,品种特征表现为植株相对较高,穗粒数比较多,穗子比较长,单个穗重较重,有效分蘖、单株穗数一般,千粒重中等,品种多样性丰富。第二类群包含16份材料,品种特征表现为株高较矮,分蘖数和有效分蘖一般,单株穗数、穗长和穗重中等,千粒重较低。第三类群包含7份材料,品种特征表现为植株较高,分蘖数较多,有效分蘖较多,单株穗数比较多,千粒重较高,穗粒数较少,穗子较短,穗重较低。

Abstract:in order to select the better breeding materials, we analyzed the 8 agronomic traits of 44 barley materials. The results show that 44 barley materials can be divided into three groups. The first group contains 21 materials, and the species characteristics are relatively high. The number of spikes is relatively large, the spikes are relatively long, the individual spikes are heavier, the effective number of tillers, the number of individual spikes is general, the weight of 1,000 grains is medium, and the variety is abundant. The second group contains 16 materials. The characteristics of the species are relatively low in height, the number of tillers and the effective tillers. The number of ears per plant, the length of ears, and the weight of ears are medium, and the weight of 1,000 grains is low. The third group contains 7 materials. The characteristics of the varieties are higher plants, more number of tillers, more effective tillers, more number of ears per plant, higher number of thousands of grains, less number of ears, shorter ears, and lower ear weight.
