吕梁集中连片特困地区农业产业现状及发展建议

吕梁集中连片特困地区是国务院划分的全国14个集中连片特困区之一,该地区也是华北和西北贫困人口最集中、贫困程度最深、农业产业发展最落后的地区之一。通过对吕梁集中连片特困地区涉及陕西、山西的贫困县域进行实地走访,了解当地水土资源基本情况以及目前各地具有发展潜力的农业产业,对各地农业发展过程中存在的问题进行了汇总,并提出了相应的意见和建议,供当地相关农业行政及技术人员参考借鉴。

Agricultural Industry Status and Development Suggestions of LuLiang Concentrated Destitute Areas

LuLiang Concentrated Destitute Areas is one of the fourteen China destitute areas which by State Council divided.It is also one of the most centralized ,deepest and agriculture laggard areas in northwest and north China.This article by field visit for destitute areas inclued shaanxi and shanxi province,to understand local water and soil resources situation. Investigated local agricultural industry which have development potential.We put these questions together for every areas agricultural developing process,opinions and suggestions were proposed.It could give reference for local agricultural officials and skilled personnels.
