新生代农民工职业技能培训对策研究----以山东省莒县为例

新生代农民工逐渐成为农民工的主体,对我国经济增长和城市发展起到重要作用,新生代农民工素质的高低对中国未来经济可持续增长有重要影响。从新生代农民工的概念入手,阐述了莒县新生代农民工的现状,分析了当前新生代农民工存在的问题,提出了新生代农民工职业技能培训要构键“一主多元”的职业技能培训体系,采用“二课堂一跟踪”培育模块,旨在为乡村振兴战略提供人才支撑。
