贵州山区传统村落的土地流转现状研究 ——以雷山县朗德苗寨为例

在乡村振兴这一战略大背景下，传统村落的保护和土地流转有着同样的重要性，开展土地流转，进行规模化经营是现代农业的一大趋势，但是山区与平原地区存在一定的差异性，它的不合理流转会带来保护与利用的矛盾加大。本研究通过对山区传统村落土地流转现状的调查，发现在山区传统村落土地流转数量少、难度大，农户流转意识不强，无法进行大规模化的土地利用等问题。影响土地流转的因素包括山区恶劣的自然条件、农户自身观念以及传统文化等等。建议合理利用好传统文化对传统村落土地有效利用的积极影响，土地流转要因地制宜，加强引导和保障农户权益并且重视传统文化在土地利用过程中的重要作用，山区传统村落土地才能更好地有效利用和健康发展，助力乡村振兴。

Based on the investigation of the current situation of land transfer in traditional villages in mountainous areas, this study finds that the problems of land transfer in traditional villages in mountainous areas include small number, hard to transfer and weak transfer consciousness of farmers.Land use cannot be used on a large scale. The factors affecting land transfer include bad natural conditions in mountainous areas, farmers'' own concepts and traditional culture, etc. It is suggested to make good use of the positive influence of traditional culture on the effective use of land in traditional villages. Land transfer should consider local conditions, give more guidance, protect the rights and interests of farmers, and pay attention to the important role of traditional culture in the process of land use. Only in this way can the land in traditional villages in mountainous areas be better utilized and developed healthily, and help revitalize the countryside
