摘 要: | 本研究利用18对微卫星对西藏阿里地区改则县的16头本地牦牛和18头半野血牦牛进行遗传多样性评估。结果显示,18对微卫星的平均等位基因数为7.44,其中TGLA73, BM2113和BGR3012,三个位点的观测杂合度最高为1.0000,AGLA293位点的观测杂合度最小为0.2049。改则县本地牦牛的期望杂合度(HE±SD=0.7000±0.0422)、观测杂合度(HO±SD =0.7243±0.0270)、平均等位基因数(NA=6.22±2.86)以及多态信息含量(PIC=0.636)均要高于改则县半野血牦牛(HE±SD=0.6864±0.0394,HO±SD=0.6940±0.0265,NA=6.06±2.44,PIC=0.622)。另外两个群体之间的遗传分化指数FST=-0.00542,同时结合主成分分析,发现两个群体遗传分化不明显。

Genetic Assessment of two yak genetic resources from Ali Gaize District in Tibet |

Abstract: | This study to assess the genetic diversity of 16 local yak and 18 half-wild yak from Tibet Gaize County using 18 microsatellites. The results showed that the average number of alleles of 18 pairs of microsatellites was 7.44. The observed heterozygosity of the three loci (TGLA73, BM2113 and BGR3012)was 1.0000, and the smallest observed heterozygosity of AGLA293 was 0.2049. The expected heterozygosity (HE±SD=0.7000±0.0422), observed heterozygosity (HO±SD=0.7243±0.0270), average allele number (NA=6.22±2.86) and polymorphic information content (PIC=0.636)of the local domestic yak were higher than the semi-wild blood yak (HE±SD=0.6864±0.0394, HO±SD=0.6940±0.0265, NA=6.06±2.44, PIC=0.622). The genetic differentiation index FST=-0.00542 between the other two populations, combined with principal component analysis, found that the genetic differentiation of the two populations was not obvious. |
