| 摘 要： | 针对农民工技能培训中存在的问题,通过改变传统技能培训方法,创新培训模式,开展学分制、校企合作办学,利用网络平台,拓展技能教学内容,这样农民工可以根据自己的实际情况,选择合理的培训模式,有利于解决农民工培训难、考核难等问题,可以提高农民工技能培训质量,提高农民工就业率。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT: In view of the problems existing in the skill training of migrant workers, by changing the traditional skill training methods, innovating the training mode, developing credit system, school-enterprise cooperation, using the network platform, expanding the content of skill teaching, so that migrant workers can choose a reasonable training mode according to their actual situation, which is conducive to solving the problems of training and assessment of migrant workers. Improve the quality of skills training of migrant workers, improve the employment rate of migrant workers. |
