金昌市2018年气候概况与分析

摘    要:利用金昌市气象观测提供的各项气候要素数据,对2018年金昌当地气温和降水等气象要素和2018年当地发生的灾害性天气气候事件特征及影响进行统计分析。得到结果,金昌市2018年平均气温9.4℃与历史同期相比略偏低0.1℃;年降水量96.7mm,与历年同期相比偏少20.8%;主要气象灾害有大风、寒潮、霜冻、局地短时强降水等灾害性天气,成灾的主要是局地短时强降水,对工农业生产造成一定的影响。通过分析2018年气温、降水等气象资料,为防灾减灾工作决策提供基本的科学事实和参考依据,从而有效防御气象灾害。

Climate Survey and Analysis of Jinchang City in 2018Huang Jianwen, Li Wanrong, Han Lulu, Liu Tengjiao(Jinchang Meteorological Bureau, Gansu Province, Jinchang 737100)
Abstract:Based on the data of climatic elements provided by Jinchang meteorological observation, the characteristics and impacts of local meteorological elements such as temperature and precipitation in 2018 and disastrous weather and climate events in 2018 were analyzed. The results show that the average temperature of Jinchang City in 2018 is slightly lower than that of the same period in history by 0.1 C; the annual precipitation is 96.7 mm, which is 20.8% less than that of the same period in previous years; the main meteorological disasters are gale, cold wave, frost, local short-term heavy precipitation and other disastrous weather, the main cause of disasters is local short-term heavy precipitation, which has a certain impact on industrial and agricultural production. By analyzing the meteorological data such as temperature and precipitation in 2018, this paper provides basic scientific facts and reference basis for decision-making of disaster prevention and mitigation, so as to effectively prevent meteorological disasters.
