红裙步甲化学防御初探

摘    要:本文以红裙步甲作为实验昆虫,初步探究昆虫的化学防御行为。通过解剖,发现红裙步甲的防御腺结构由分泌腺、贮液囊、反应室和输出管组成,而且雌雄虫存在着差异。用二氯甲烷作为萃取剂,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析其化学防御物质成分,获得21个峰,检测出18种化学成分,结果发现,防御物质主要成分是甲基丙烯酸和2-甲基-2-丁烯酸。

The Preliminary Study on Chemical Defense of Carabus augustus
Abstract:In this paper, chemical defense behavior of insect was preliminary studied, Carabus augustus regarding as experimental insects. The defensive gland of Carabus augustus composed of secretary, reservoir, reaction chamber and efferent duct, and there were difference between female and male. Dichloromethane was extracting solven. By extraction of adult defensive secretions and the analysis of the GC-MC, the results shown that the main was methacrylic acid and 2-methyl-2-crotonic acid.
