氯虫苯甲酰胺对甜菜夜蛾幼虫防治效果的试验研究

摘    要:为了明确氯虫苯甲酰胺防治甜菜夜蛾的效果,并研究氯虫苯甲酰胺分别于甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、虫酰肼混用的效果。试验1设氯虫苯甲酰胺30、40、50 g/666.7m2;甲氨基苯甲酸20 g/666.7m2;20%虫酰肼100 g/666.7 m2及清水对照共7个处理。试验2分别设氯虫苯甲酰胺30 g/666.7 m2;氯虫苯甲酰胺30 g/666.7 m2和甲氨基阿维菌素10 g/666.7 m2;氯虫苯甲酰胺30 g/666.7 m2和虫酰肼100 g/666.7 m2;氯虫苯甲酰胺30 g/666.7 m2和茚虫威10 g/666.7 m2共4个处理。试验结果表明,相比对照,氯虫苯甲酰胺处理甜菜夜蛾幼虫虫口密度明显减少,药后3~7天防效高达98.56%~99.73%。氯虫苯甲酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐或虫酰肼混用,能大幅提高对甜菜夜蛾幼虫防治效果。使用氯虫苯甲酰胺与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐混用具有很好的开发前景。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the efficacy of chlorantraniliprole and to find the prospects of mixed use chlorantraniliprole with emamectin-benzoate or tebufenozide or indoxacarb. Trial 1 included the following 7 treatments: chlorantraniliprole at 30, 40, 50 g/666.7 m2 respectively, emamectin-benzoate at 20 g/666.7 m2, tebufenozide at 100 g/666.7 m2 and water contrast. Trial 2 included the following 4 treatments: chlorantraniliprole 5% SC at 30 g/666.7 m2, chlorantraniliprole 5% SC at 30 g/666.7 m2 mixed with Emamectin-benzoate 1% EC at 10 g/666.7 m2, chlorantraniliprole 5% SC at 30 g/666.7 m2 mixed with Tebufenozide 20% SC at 100 g/666.7 m2 and chlorantraniliprole 5% SC at 30 g/666.7 m2 mixed with Indoxacarb 15% EC at 10 g/666.7 m2.The results showed that chlorantraniliprole treatments significantly reduced beet armyworm densities compared to the water-treated control, with 98.56%~99.73% control efficacies on the 3th to 7th days after treatment. Chlorantraniliprole plus emamectin-benzoate or tebufenozide showed a highly effect in controlling of beet armyworm. Chlorantraniliprole mix with emamectin-benzoate may have better development prospects in beet armyworn control.
