不同杂交组合肉羊生产性能和胴体性状的研究

本试验以无角道塞特、萨福克、德国关利奴为父本与夏寒F1代、夏寒F2代分别进行杂交，共分6个杂交组合，每个杂交组合20只母羊，每组分为4个重复，每个重复5只羊，同组各重复之间体重差异不显著。杂交后代集中育肥3个月，6月龄时进行屠宰，对各组羊生产性能、胴体性状进行测定。结果表明：整体来看各组羊与夏寒F2代杂交好于与夏寒F1代杂交，日增重德夏寒最高，料重比德夏寒最低，体型指标德夏寒最高，萨夏寒组最低，差异不显著（P〉0．05）。净肉重各组羊与夏寒F1代杂交稍大于与夏寒F2代杂交后代，代间差异显著（P〈0．05），胴体产肉率差异不显著（．P〉0．05），肉骨比差异显著（P〈0．05），眼肌面积F1代与F2代差异不显著（P〉0．05），F1代间及F2代间差异极显著（P〈O．01），且以道夏寒最高，萨夏寒次之，德夏寒最低。结论：德夏寒杂交羊生长快、肉用体型好；道夏寒杂交羊产肉力高、肉质优。
