| 摘 要： | 枣尺蠖核型多角体病毒 (CzNPV)天津毒株对小白鼠急性毒性试验结果表明 ,小白鼠一次性灌胃处理 ,2周内未引起异常表现 ,体重增长、日饮水、日取食等与对照组无显著差异 ;动物病理学肉眼检查均正常 ,涂血片检查 ,白细胞分类正常 ;组织切片 ,试验组与对照组肝细胞均出现轻度变性 ,肾小球近曲小管上皮细胞多数颗粒变性 ,个别细胞坏死 ,其他器官细胞切片均未见异常。表明CzNPV对小白鼠急性毒性试验安全。

| Abstract: | The results of safety tests of Chihuo Zao Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (CzNPV) on rats showed that trial rats which were poured down the throat once had no noticeable symptom. During 2 weeks experiment, the rats were normal on their weight-gaining, water-drinking, and food-eating. After 2 weeks, dissecting tests were normal. Blood smear did not show noticeable different in rats. The results of cut section of rats organ tissues for microscope examination showed identical in trial rats. The experimental results indicated that CzNPV was safety to the rats. |
