乌龙茶机械化连续做青设备的研究

摘    要:全套设备由做青设备、温湿度调节设备和自动控制设备等三部分组成。既可以自动控制,也可以人工控制对乌龙茶在最佳环境条件下进行机械化连续做青作业,日生产率为750~1000kg 鲜叶。两年多来的生产试验表明,采用本设备制成的乌龙茶,其品质均达到高中档茶水平,做青质量优于安溪传统手工半机械化工的质量。

Abstract:The equipment is installed in the fresh leaves preparing room under op- timum temperature and moisture for withering and rotating green leaf of oolong tea.The temperature and moisture in the room and the withering and rotating processes are automatically controlled by a microcomputer.The complete sets of equipment include withering and rotating equipment tem- perature and moisture controlling equipment,and automatic control equip- ment.The continuously withering and rotating operations can be controlled either automatically or manually with a capacity of 750-1000 kg of fresh leaves a day.The tests during recent two years proved that the tea proce- ssed by the equipment reached high and medium grades,and had better wi- thering and rotating quality than that produced by the tráditional manual method.
