渐开线型圆柱形叶片

摘    要:低比转速叶轮内过高的逆压梯度引起叶片表面脱流是这类叶轮水力效率较低的重要原因,为提高低比转速泵的效率,本文作者以力学方法导出了渐开线的两项重要几何特性,这些特性决定了以这种曲线形成的圆柱形叶片将减少叶片脱流可能,改低比转速叶轮善水力性能。

Abstract:The flow separation from the blade surface caused by high adverse pressure gradient within low specific speed impeller passage contributes greatly to the low hydraulic efficiency of this type of impeller .In order to raise efficiency, authors of this paper deduced two important geometric characteristics of involutes from mechanical principles, which makes the cylindrical blade shaped by this curve have fewer possibilities of flow separation and improved hydraulic efficiency.
