| 摘 要： | 结合自身研究成果,实地考察浙江、云南等主要生产基地,查阅相关文献,比较系统地报道了铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)品种选育、组织培养、设施栽培、质量控制等人工栽培关键技术的研究与应用进展,并提出了铁皮石斛药材生产质量安全控制与评价技术滞后等问题.

| Abstract: | Based on research achievements, field survey of major production bases in Zhejiang and Yunnan provinces, and relevant literatures, summary was made on research and utilization of cultivation techniques of Dendrobium officinale including variety improvement, tissue culture, protected cultivation, quality control. Problems were described such as safety of quality control and evaluation technique. |
