| 摘 要： | 本试验采用硫酸铵分段沉淀法,将猪囊尾蚴的蛋白质分离为:粗抗原、p25、p25—55、p55—80、s80等五种抗原、采用平板凝集、试管凝集、琼脂扩散等方法,分别进行试验和分析,其结果以p25—55抗原效果为佳,对猪囊尾蚴病的生前诊断具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | The ammonium sulfate sectional precipitation test was used to separate the cysticercus botryoides protein into five antigens of crude antigen. P25, P25+55, P55+80 andS80,which were compared and analyzed using plate agglutination,tube agglutination and gel diffusion tests in order to diagnose the disease premortally.The result shows that P25 + 55 antigen is. a best value for the practical use of diagnosis.before dying |
