黄色蠕形霉对棉花上几种病原菌拮抗作用的研究

就黄色蠕形霉对棉花上几种病原菌的拮抗作用作了初步研究，分析了葡萄糖对黄色蠕形霉抗生物质产量及活性的影响。结果表明：黄色蠕形霉对棉花大丽轮枝菌，刺盘孢菌的菌丝生长及分生孢子萌发和对棉立枯丝核菌，棉枯萎尖孢镰刀的菌丝生长均有明显的抑制作用。

A STUDY ON ANTAGONISM OF Talaromyces flavus AGAINST PATHOG ENIC FUNGI INFECTING COTTON

In this paper the antagonism of Talaromyces flavus against pathogens of cotton and the effect of glucose on its antagonistic activity were studied. The results showed that T.flavus could inhibit the radial growth of several sorts of soilborne pathogenic fungi of cotton including Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum, Rhizoctonia solani, Verticillium dahliae, Collectotrichum gossypii and the conidial germination of the latter two pathogens. The inhibitory substances reached its maximum point of production on czapek dox agar(CDA) containing 8% of glucose and were most active on CDA in the presence of glucose ranging from 0.5% to 4%.
