浸水和沙含水量对湖北境内橘小实蝇蛹羽化率的影响

摘    要:为了寻求有效控制湖北境内橘小实蝇的方法,本文研究了不同浸水时间和沙含水量对橘小实蝇蛹羽化率的影响。结果表明:蛹的浸水时间为12h、24h、48h和72h时,1日龄蛹的羽化率分别为:88.9%、68.9%、53.3%和40.0%;3日龄蛹的羽化率为:91.1%、71.1%、51.1%和37.8%;6日龄蛹的羽化率分别为:93.3%、71.1%、57.8%和40.0%。随着浸水时间延长,蛹的死亡率增加。在沙的相对含水量为20%~60%的条件下,蛹的羽化率较高。蛹的抗干旱能力明显强于抗高湿的能力,在0%的沙相对含水量的情况下,1日龄、3日龄和6日龄蛹的羽化率分别为:62.2%、95.6%、91.1%,在100%的沙相对含水量的情况下,3个龄期的蛹的羽化率分别为:6.7%、8.9%、2.2%。

Abstract:In order to find an effective way to control Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel in Hubei Province,we studied the effects of the immersion time and sand water content on pupal eclosion rate under laboratory conditions.The results showed that after being immersed in water for 12,24,48,72 hours for pupae at age of 1-day,the eclosion rate was 88.9%,68.9%,53.3% and 40.0%,respectively;Similarly after being immersed at that of time for the pupa at age of 3-day,the eclosion rate was 91.1%,71.1%,51.1% and 37.8%,respectively...
