西瓜化感作用及其机理研究

摘    要:通过测定西瓜植株水浸液对其他蔬菜及其自身种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响,研究了西瓜的化感作用及其机理。结果表明:低浓度的西瓜水浸液对黄瓜、西瓜、辣椒、莴苣和番茄的种子发芽及根生长表现抑制效应,对黄瓜和西瓜的地上部生长表现促进作用;随着水浸液浓度的增加,对莴苣种子发芽和幼苗生长的抑制效应加大,莴苣体内保护酶和MDA的变化与西瓜植株水浸液浓度的增加有密切关系。

Abstract:Allelopathy of watermelon and its mechanism were studied by measuring its seed germination and seedling growth with other crops watered with the aqueous extract of watermelon plant. The results showed that lower concentration of watermelon aqueous extract inhibited seed germination and root growth of cucumber, watermelon, pepper, fettuce and tomato, but accelerate the stem growth of cucumber and watermelon. With increasing concentration of watermelon extract the in-hibitive effects on lettuce expressed strong. It is believed that the changes of some protective enzymes and MDA level were closely related to the concentration of watermelon extracts.
