| 摘 要： | 马克思主义政治经济学把级差地租分成第一形态和第二形态。随着实践中的不断探索,级差地租理论也在不断发展。就一些地租新现象,相继引出"广义级差"、"级差因子"和FEDFED拓展框架,从而形成新级差地租论,并配以实证分析。

| Abstract: | Political economy of Marxism divided the differential rent into two categories: the first and second form.However,it is possible for the theory to go step further because of its defects and the continual pioneering work.The author found new rent phenomena in practice,and put forward the conception of broad-sense difference,differential factor and extended frame of FEDFED,which formed the new theory of differential rent. |
