甘肃省林木种苗产业组织SCP分析法与研究

论文利用SCP范式对甘肃省林木种苗产业组织进行了考察分析.结果表明,甘肃省林木种苗产业的市场结构是极端分散竞争类型,市场集中度低,产品差别化小,产业当前的进入和退出壁垒不高,产业内各企业的市场行为能力弱.资源配置效率和产业规模结构效率不高,种苗的生产供应与造林任务的衔接上存在着一定程度上的结构性矛盾.因此,甘肃省种苗产业当前的市场绩效不高.为了优化市场结构,调整市场行为,以获得更好的市场绩效,政府应积极采取利用规模经济的产业合理化政策,利用控制市场结构和企业行为两种手段来实现政策目标.

SCP Model for Analyzing Organization and Policy of Seedling Industry in Gansu
