高产和低产玉米品种籽粒发育过程中的酶学特性比较

摘    要:以高产玉米品种郑单958和低产玉米品种白马牙为试验材料,对其籽粒发育过程中蔗糖合成酶(SS)、淀粉合成酶(AGPase)的活性及淀粉积累速率进行了比较研究。结果表明,高产和低产玉米品种籽粒的SS活性变化曲线与淀粉积累速率的变化基本一致;籽粒发育前期,低产品种籽粒的AGPase活性和淀粉积累速率均高于高产品种,而籽粒发育后期则相反。

Abstract:The high-yielding cultivar Zhengdan 958 and low-yielding one Baimaya were used as materials to study the activities of sucrose synthase(SS) and starch synthase(AGPase) and the accumulation rate of starch during the development of maize grains.The results showed that the change trend of SS activity was almost the same with that of accumulation rate of starch both in high-yielding and low-yielding maize cultivars.At the early stages of grain development,the AGPase activity and accumulation rate of starch of low-yielding variety were higher than those of high-yielding variety,whereas,it was inverse at the late stages.
