水肥一体化对生姜根系活力及产量品质的影响

摘    要:以莱芜大姜为试材,研究了常规灌溉施肥(CK)、水肥一体化等量施肥(T1)及减量施肥20%(T2)对生姜生长、根系活力和产量品质的影响。结果表明,T1、T2的生姜株高、茎粗及根鲜重与CK无显著差异,但分枝数、根茎鲜重分别比CK高14.29%、12.70%和9.28%、8.12%,而茎、叶鲜重则比CK有所降低。根茎膨大期,T1、T2的根系活力较CK分别提高20.31%和18.14%,全生育期T1、T2的氮磷钾吸收量分别增加12.65%、5.36%、13.44%和6.34%、2.62%、6.76%,水分生产效率和肥料偏生产力分别提高82.37%、79.23%和17.56%、44.93%。T1、T2的生姜产量分别比CK增加17.56%和15.95%,但生姜品质无显著差异。

Abstract:The growth,root activity,yield and quality of ginger under different irrigation and fertilization treatments were studied with the cultivar Laiwu Large Ginger.The treatments were designed as conventional irrigation and fertilization(CK),the integration of water and equaled fertilizer(T1) and 20% reduction of fertilizer(T2).Compared with CK,the branch number and rhizome fresh weight of T1 and T2 increased by 14.29% and 12.70%,9.28% and 8.12%,respectively,but the plant height,stem diameter and root fresh weight were not significantly different,and the fresh weight of stem and leaves were lower;the root activity increased by 20.31% and 18.14% respectively;the absorption of N,P2O5,K2O increased by 12.65%,5.36%,13.44% and 6.34%,2.62%,6.76%,respectively;the water productivity and fertilizer partial productivity increased by 82.37%,79.23% and 17.56%,44.93% respectively;the ginger yield increased by 17.56% and 15.95% respectively.There were no significant differences in ginger quality between different treatments.
