| 摘 要： | 为了选择适合山东地区的药用及保健功能桑树品种,选取山东省内有代表性的桑品种17个,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定桑叶的1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-DNJ)含量。结果表明:桑属不同种间1-DNJ含量存在显著性差异,白桑最高;不同桑品种间的1-DNJ含量差别显著,晋选6号和秋雨分别是鲁桑和白桑中含量最高的品种,达0.2777%和0.3281%,适合直接作为桑叶1-DNJ开发的专用桑品种或育种材料。

| Abstract: | In order to select mulberry cultivars with medicinal and health function adaptable to Shandong area,17 representative mulberry cultivars were used to determine the 1-deoxynojimycin(1-DNJ) content in leaves by RP-HPLC.The results indicated that there were extremely significant differences between different Morus species,and Morus alba had the highest 1-DNJ content.There were also significant differences between different mulberry cultivars.Jinxuan6 and Qiuyu were the cultivars with the highest 1-DNJ content belonging to M.multicaulis and M.alba respectively with the 1-DNJ content as 0.3281% and 0.2777% respectively,so they were suitable as special cultivars or breeding materials to develop 1-DNJ from mulberry leaves. |
