| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑业农民工培训中存在的问题进行调研,对建筑业农民工培训问题中的农民工、施工企业、政府三者利益的相关体之间进行完全信息下静态博弈分析,总结出7种博弈均衡,结果表明建筑业农民工的培训权受到侵害的现象普遍存在。为了达到理想均衡状态,提出了保障建筑业农民工培训顺利开展的对策。

| Abstract: | The problems existed in the training of migrant workers in building industry were summarized.There had seven game equilibriums in static game under complete information among the migrant workers,the construction enterprise and the government which were the stakeholders.It was shown that the training right of the migrant workers has been violated which was a common phenomenon.In order to change this status to achieve a ideal equilibrium state,some measures were put forward to ensure the training of the migrant worker in the building industry. |
