摘    要:45钢S195柴油机调整螺钉,原热处理工艺繁琐,质量不稳定,装配返修率高。用低温气体氮碳共渗(以下简称共渗)替代后,渗层均匀,质量稳定,杜绝了断裂和早期磨损,其防锈能力大大优于发蓝。此工艺既省时省力,又有一定经济效益。

Applicating of Carbonitriding to Diesel's Adjusting Screw
Abstract:The old heat treatment for the adjusting screw of S195 diesel engine was muchcomplicated and the quality of the screw under that processing was unsteady yet, which causedmany engine to be reassembled for maintance. Using carbonitriding with cold gas instead of oldone can eliminate the fracture and early wear of the screw making the serew have even car-boning layer and be steady in quality. The rust proof ability of screw is also greater than theblueing one. The technological improvement can save time and labour with better economicbenifits.
