| Abstract: | The status quo,connotation and efficiency of marker assistant selection were discussed in details.Using marker assisted selection in forest tree breeding program could shorten the generation interal and improve selection response. The interaction between marker assistant selection and forest tree was put forward. And two example were illustrated. |
