| 摘 要： | 目的]研究枯草芽孢杆菌EB-28对马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑菌作用及防治效果。方法]制备EB-28发酵液、菌悬液及无菌体培养液。研究EB-28对马铃薯晚疫病菌菌落生长的影响，EB-28无菌体培养液对马铃薯晚疫病菌菌丝生长的影响，EB-28菌悬液及无菌体培养液对马铃薯晚疫病菌游动孢子释放的抑制作用，并通过离体叶片试验和盆栽试验研究EB-28菌株菌悬液及无菌体培养液对马铃薯晚疫痛的防治作用。结果]EB-28无菌体培养液对马铃薯晚疫病菌游动孢子释放具有较强的抑制作用，抑制率达到了91．26％，但对晚疫病菌菌丝生长没有抑制作用。盆栽试验中，EB-28菌悬液对马铃薯晚疫病的防效达到74．22％，显著高于离体叶片试验中的55．68％；其无菌体培养液的防效分别为61．80％、60．54％。结论]为EB-28在防治马铃薯晚疫病方面的进一步研究与应用提供了科学依据。
