摘    要:以35份玉米自交系为试验材料,采用渗透压为0.4 MPa的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,以发芽势、发芽率、萌发抗旱指数、贮藏物质转运率、胚根数、胚根长、胚芽长作为测定指标,利用抗旱系数(DC值)、主成分分析和聚类分析对玉米自交系的抗旱能力进行综合评价和分类。结果表明,干旱胁迫对玉米各项指标均产生不同程度影响,结合主成分分析和聚类分析,鉴定出抗旱型材料4份,分别为1153、1245、1246和PHT11;干旱敏感型材料3份,分别为PHJR5、LH284和A14242;其他28份分别为较抗旱型和干旱较敏感型材料。

Abstract:Thirty-five maize inbred lines were used as test material, taking germination potential, germination rate, germination drought resistance index, storage material transfer rate, germ root number, germ root length, and germ length as the measurement indicators, and using PEG-6000 solution with an osmotic pressure of 0.4 MPa to simulate drought. Comprehensive evaluation and classification of drought resistance of maize inbred lines using drought resistance coefficient(DC), principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that drought stress influence all indicators, four drought tolerant materials(1153, 1245, 1246, and PHT11) three drought sensitive materials(PHJR5, LH284, and A14242), twenty-eight relatively drought tolerant and relatively drought sensitive materials were identified out.
