网络教育具有师生分离的特点，教师不可能像在传统课堂教学中那样随时监控学生的学习过程，因此如何在网络学习中实施学习监控，并保证其学习质量，成为当前网络教育必须要面对的问题。以《计算机应用基础》网络课程为基础，从课程内容、功能模块、教师、学习者之间几个角度介绍了网络课程学习过程中实施学习过程外部监控的策略。

Thre design of external monitor strategy of learning process computer application base Web-base course

Web-based education contains the character of teachers and students separating .It is impossible for teachers to monitor students'learning process immediately like traditional instruction . So how to implement learning monitor in the Web-based learning and insure learning quality becomes the problem which Web-based education must face with. Basing with Computer Application Base Web-based courses, the author introduces the strategy which implements learning process in the learning process of Web-based courses in terms of courses content, function mode, teachers and students.
