| 摘 要： | 执政的共产党为提高执政水平,巩固执政地位,确保执政兴国,完成历史使命,必须遵循客观规律。“三个代表”从根本上体现了共产党执政的基本规律,不仅如此,“三个代表”重要思想作为科学的思想体系从多方面揭示了共产党执政规律,是对马克思主义的重大理论创新。

| Abstract: | The ruling party should obey the objective laws in order to improve the ruling level,consolidate the ruling position,ensure to make the country prosperous and accomplish its historical mission.The important theory of"the Three Representatives"not only embodies the fundamental laws,but also further reveal the ruling laws of CPC from many aspects.It brings forth a big new theoretical idea in Marxism. |
