| 摘 要： | 美国研究型大学的图书馆建设在世界范围内具有引领作用,特别是在资源、信息、经费、馆员等建设与管理的四个方面都积累了成功的经验。借鉴美国的做法,我国在建设研究型大学图书馆的进程中,应明确图书馆的重要地位,规范图书馆管理体制和运行机制,深化"以人为本"的服务理念,加强对学术研究的支持,提升职员的专业素质,扩大开放与合作。
