教育培训与农民收入相关性的实证分析——基于江苏和湖北农村的调查

研究农民教育、培训与农民收入的相关性问题有着重要意义。在对农民受教育程度与收入的相关性,以及农业培训对农民收入的影响程度进行分析后发现：农民的受教育程度和家庭收入呈正相关,但也并非是线性的,而是呈现一定的复杂性;农村劳动力培训明显提高了劳动力的就业素质和就业能力,对提高劳动力收入起到了十分重要的作用。

A Demonstration Survey on the Relationship Between Education and Farmers' Income

In view of the importance in exploring into the relationship between education and training,this research analyses the pertinence between school age,work training and income on the part of farmers.This paper has concluded that(1)the school age and farmers' income are positively related with complexity,but not linear and(2)the training obviously improves the diathesis and ability of employment,which plays an important role in raising the labors'income.
