摘    要:稻壳中残留的噁霉灵用丙酮溶液提取,浓缩至干用乙酸乙酯定容,用配有NP检测器的气相色谱测定。糙米残留的噁霉灵用丙酮溶液提取,浓缩,经乙酸乙酯萃取,用进配有NP检测器的气相色谱测定,DB-FFAP色谱柱;温度(℃):进样口:230;柱温:200;检测器:230;气体流量(mL/min):氮气:2;氢气:3.5;空气:50;尾吹:5。进样量:1μL;外标法定量,方法简单、准确,精密度和重现性良好,回收率范围为80.43~103.18%,变异系数2.27~4.05%,

Abstract:A GC method for the determination of hymexazol residues in rice husk and brown rice was introduced in this paper. The samples were extracted with acetone and concentrated to dryness then make to volume with ethyl acetate. The hymexazol residues were determined by GC with DB-FFAP column and NP detector. The operation conditions were as follows: injector temperature: 230℃ ; column oven temperature: 200℃; detector temperature: 230℃ ; nitrogen flow rate : 2mL/min ; hydrogen flow rate : 3.5mL/min ; air flow rate : 50mL/min ; make up gas flow rate: 5mL/min. The results showed that the recoveries were 80.4-103.2%, the coefficients of variation were 2.27-4.05%.
