摘    要:结合多年来的教学改革和教学体验,就提高高职院校食品微生物课程教学效果的方法提出了新思路。改革理论及实践教学体系、优化教学内容、更新教学方法,取得了理想的教学效果。

Abstract:Combining with reform and experience of teaching in many years,this article offered new ideas of improving the teaching effects of food microbiology courses in higher vocational colleges. We obtained ideal teaching effectiveness from methods including reform of teaching system of theory and practice, the optimization course content, updating teaching methods.
