生长调节剂对芦荟吸枝发根力的影响

摘    要:芦荟在分株繁殖时,为促进其发根力,迭用IBA、NAA、ABT1及IBA高浓度与MS液混用等处理进行试验,结果表明:取切根短吸枝时,IBA浓度500mg/1、沾浸时间10分钟,发根效果最佳,其次是ABT、10mg/1、30分钟,NAA处理中虽然100mg/1、10分钟发根效果较好,但不如前两者。切根长吸枝以IBA1000mg/1、10分钟为宜,其次是ABT125mg/1、30分钟较好。3年生成熟切根插枝则以5000mg/1、10秒钟为宜。当IBA与MS液混用时,以IBA5000mg/1+MS液为宜(上述处理的吸枝阴干时间均为5天)。此外,IBAmg/1、10秒钟单用处理发根效果与IBA1000mg/1+MS液及IBA3000mg/1+MS液混用处理基本相似。可见IBA与MS液混用快速沾浸法可以降低成本、省工及操作迅速,因而可减少温度和湿度等环境因素的影响。因此,IBA与MS液混用快速沾浸法酌情应用于芦荟分株繁殖上‘可提高繁殖速度乃至经济效益。

Abstract:In order to improve the rocing ability of aloe vera when suckers are dividing, aloe vera was meated in IBA, NAA, ABT1 and a mixed solution of high IBA concentration and solution MS. Tests revealed that root lug of theshort twig cuttiugs soaked in 500mg/1 IBA concentrat ion for ten minutes was better than rooting of the short twig cuttings soaked in 10mg/1 ABT1for 30 mountes. Even though root lug of cuttiug soaked in 100mg/1 NAA for 10 minutes was good, the rooting was poorer than with the previous two Eolut solution. The long twig cuttings soaked in 1000mg/1 IBA for 10 minutes were better than those soaked in 25mg/1 ABT1 for 30 minutes. Triennial twig cutings were more suitably soaked in 5000mg/1 IBA for 10 seconds.50000mg/1 IBA mixed with solution MS was acceptable when IBA was mixed with solution MS.(The twig cunt tigs in all the experimentswcre dried in the shade for five days.)In addition, rooting af ter a single treatment with 500mg/1 IBA for 10seconds was compared with rooting after treatments with 1000mg/1 IBA mixed with solution MS and 3000mg/1 IBA mixed with solution MS, The results were basically similar. Using IBA mixed with solution Ma for rapid soaking might reduce prime cost, save labour and operate quickly, Thin method also decreases the impact of environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. Hence, the method of IBA mixed with solution MS for rapid soaking was applied when suckers of aloe vera were dividing, and this increased the speed of reproduction and proved economiclally beneficlal.
