摘    要:研究了施肥和微生物对灭菌后不同连作季数土壤上烟苗生长的影响。结果表明:种过一季烟的土壤微生物最适宜于烟株生长,随连作季数增加,土壤微生物对烟株生长的抑制作用越明显;接种无菌水后的土壤微生物对烟株生长有一定的影响;施肥对烟株的生长有一定促进作用。

Abstract:Effects of different levels of fertilization and microorganisms on the growth of continuous cropping tobacco seedlings were studied.The results showed that the microbial community in the soil after one year's tobacco planting was the most suitable for the growth of tobacco,but the inhibition of soil microorganisms to tobacco increased along with the increase of continuous cropping years.Soil microorganisms inoculated by axenic water had certain effect on tobacco growth.Fertilization had certain promotive effect on the growth of tobacco.
