日粮中添加半胱氨酸对2~4月龄獭兔生长性能、氮代谢和血清生化指标的影响

摘    要: 为了探讨日粮中添加不同水平半胱氨酸对2~4月龄獭兔生长性能、氮代谢和血清生化指标的影响,试验选取2月龄健康獭兔220只,随机分成对11组(1个对照组和10个试验组),每组20个重复,每个重复1只兔。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加不同比例的半胱氨酸,添加水平分别为0.05%、0.2%、0.35%、0.5%、0.65%、0.8%、0.95%、1.1%、1.25%、1.4%。预饲期5 d,正试期45 d,测定试验期动物生长性能、氮代谢及血液生化指标。结果表明,日粮中添加半胱氨酸对獭兔的日增重(P= 0.046)、被毛密度(P=0.0430)、食入氮(P= 0.0361)、尿氮(P= 0.0230)、血液中谷胱甘肽(P=0.0310)和白蛋白含量(P= 0.0414)等指标影响显著,对獭兔的平均日采食量、料重比、被毛长度、皮张面积、皮张厚度、粪氮、可消化氮、血液中丙二醛、球蛋白、总胆固醇、总葡萄糖含量等指标无显著影响(P> 0.05)。综合主要试验测定指标认为,2~4月龄獭兔日粮中的半胱氨酸适宜添加水平为0.2%。

Abstract:The objective of the test is to investigate the effect of different dietary cysteine supplement levels on growth performance,nitrogen metabolism,and serum biochemical indicators of 2 to 4 month-old Rex Rabbits.220 2-month-old healthy Rex Rabbits were divided randomly into five groups(n=20),and were fed basal diet with cysteine rates of 0%,0.05%、0.2%、0.35%、0.5%、0.65%、0.8%、0.95%、1.1%、1.25%、1.4%,respectively,pre-feeding 5 d and formally feeding 45 d.The results showed that different dietary cysteine levels had significant effects on daily weight gain(P = 0.046),hair density(P=0.0430),ingestion of nitrogen(P= 0.0361),urea nitrogen(P= 0.0230),glutathione(P= 0.0310) and albumin(p = 0.0414),but no significant effects(P> 0.05) on average daily feed intake,feed to gain ratio,hair length,leather area,leather thickness,fecal nitrogen,digestible nitrogen MDA,globulin,total cholesterol,and total glucose of the tested rabbits.The conclusion of this study is that the appropriate level of cysteine in the diet of 2 to 4 month-old Rex Rabbit was 0.35%.
