对做好班主任工作的思考与实践

目前，做好班主任工作必须要做到4个角色转换，即从单一型向多元型转换，从权威型向对话型转换，从经验型向科研型转换，从时代型向未来型转换。班主任在工作中要体现“育人为本”的教育理念，要把“加强对班干部的培养和指导、加强对班内弱势群体的关爱和指导、加强对学生非智力因素的培养和指导及加强对学生人生目标的宏观指导”等作为班主任的中心工作来抓。另外，对不同学龄的学生，在“4个加强”指导的同时，要突出不同阶段的工作重点。只有这样，才能为完成高等教育的根本任务发挥最大效力。

Teachers must take cultivating talents as the basis, and make great efforts on those list below as the key works of class advisers, such as strengthening the cultivation and guidance of class cadres, strengthening the concern and guidance of the disadvantaged groups in classes, strengthening the cultivation and guidance of students＇ un-intelligent factors and strengthening the guidance of the macroscopic direction of students＇ life goal. In addition, the advisers should lay different stresses on the students of various grades during different periods. Basic tasks of higher education could be finished and the effects could be better in this way.
