摘    要:目的]测定消食类中草药中Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu 4种微量元素的含量。方法]硝酸+高氯酸(4+1)消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中4种微量元素的含量。结果]几种中草药中Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu 4种微量元素含量丰富,RSD1.99%,回收率在95.32%~104.00%,结果满意。结论]该研究为开发新药和药物用量提供了微量元素含量依据。

Abstract:To determine the contents of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in digestion-promoting Chinese herb. Method]The samples were digested with HNO3+ HClO4(4 +1),and the contents of four microelements in samples were determined by FAAS. Result]The microelements were rich in digestion-promoting Chinese herb,RSD 1. 99 %. The recovery rate was in 95. 32 %- 104. 0 %,with satisfactory results. Conclusion]The study provided basis of microelements content for medicine dose and the development of new medicine.
