| 摘 要： | 在分析我国水稻机械化发展现状的基础上，从栽植机械化和收获机械化两个方而总结了水稻机械化的技术特点和创新性，提山了发展我吲水稻生产机械化的主要政策与措施，即通过提高技术创新能力，加强技术的国际合作与交流，积极推行作业服务产业化，以及实施项目带动战略，加速技术转化和推广等策略来推进我目水稻机械化的进程。

| Abstract: | Based on the development status of Chinas paddy production mechanization, this paper summarized the technical characteristic and innovation of Chinas paddy production mechanization, then put forward main policies and measures to speed up the process of Chinas paddy production mechanization, namely, actively pushing operation-service industrialization through enhancing technical innovation and strengthening technology international cooperation and exchange, and actualizing project-driving stratagem, speeding up technology transform and extension. These policies mentioned above will contribute to advancing the process of Chinas paddy production mechanization. [ |
