柑桔VA菌根真菌繁殖及接种技术的应用研究

本研究初步探明了在一定条件下菌根真菌的活动范围，菌根真菌在枳苗中的侵染时间及镜检时存在的时间差，同时选出了效果最好且简单易行的菌根其菌繁殖与接种方法。该方法不是单纯的菌根真菌纯培养扩大，而是将菌剂繁殖与适用的接种技术紧密结合的一套利用寄主过渡不断繁育出大量带菌根苗，从而获用菌剂扩大效果，且可省去生产应用中接种工序的新方法。

A Practical Study on the Propagation and Inoculation Technique of VA Mycorrhizal Fungi in Citrus

The activity range of mycorrhizal fungi,the infecting time and the time difference between the infection inspected by microscope in trifoliate orange seedlings were preliminarily found out in this study。 Meanwhile, the method of propogation and inoculation of mycorryhizal fungi,with best etfect and simplicity in operation , was selected,It was not merely an expansion of pure culuvation, but was a compact combination of multiplication and practical inoculation technique of mycurrhiza,With this method,a large nunmber of trifoliate orange seedlings carrying mycorrhiza via intermediate host can be nursed successively.It can not only enhance efficiency of mycorrhiza enlargement,but also simplify the inuculatiun-process。
