水稻花培后代中粳型广亲和恢复系的测交筛选

摘    要:将广亲和品种02428、CPSLO17等与恢复系杂交的花培后代中粳型和偏粳型株系,与多个籼型胞质雄性不育系和两用核不育系测交,筛选出20个广亲和恢复系和3个强优势亚种间杂交稻组合。发现以狭谱型广亲和品种02428作广亲和基因供体较广谱型广亲和基因供体CPSLO17好;含两个恢复系的三交组合较单交组合更易重组出配合力强的广亲和恢复系。对广亲和恢复系的花培选育效果和广亲和基因的等位性进行了讨论,提出了实用型广亲和恢复系的概念及其选育的关键技术。

Screening Japonica Wide Compatibility Restorer Rice form Pollen Strains
Abstract:For the purpose of breeding japonica wide compatibility(WC)restorer line or thatinclining to japonica to utilize intersubspecific heterosis by the mating pattern of "indica male sterileline crossing japonica restorer",japonica pollen strains and inclining to japonica ones ,which wereprogenies ot WC variety such as 02428, CPSLO17 etc. crossing with restorer, were selected to maketest crass with several indica male sterile lines. Twenty WC restorers and three intersubspecific hybridrice of strong heterosis were screened out.Meanwhile, some conclusions were drawn that it was betterto adopt 02428-a WC variety of narrow spectrum than to adopt CPSLO17-a WC variety of widespectrum as WC gene donor ,and there would recombinate more WC restorer with strong combiningability in the subsequent generation of triple cross containing two restorer and one WC variety than inthat of single cross just containing one restorer and one WC variety.In the end, the efficiency of breeding WC restorer through anther culture and the allelism of theWC genes were disscused. And the idea of vaiuable WC restorer together with its key breedingtechnology were put forward.
