| Abstract: | Evaluation on state "Spark Plan"- comprehensive development of bamboo industry in Longyou and Quxian, Zhejiang province showed that output value, profits and taxes increased respectively by 44.2% and 58.5% during 5 years' achievement in the region, and even brought along local development of bamboo industry which became pillar industry in Quzhou. |
