缓解华北地区农业用水紧缺对策的探讨

华北地区水资源的紧缺问题,己成为这一地区影响国民经济发展的重要制约因素。本文在分析农业用水紧缺现实的基础上,提出了农业节水的目标在于巩固提高自身的发展,挖掘现有农业水资源潜力是缓解华北农业用水紧缺的现实途径及农业节水必须有相应的投入和政策保证等观点,并做了论述。

The Measures for and the Discussion on the Relaxation of Far storage of Farm Water in North China Regions

The problem cf far storage of water resources in the North China regions has already hindered greatly the developments of our national economy of these regions. On the basis of analysing the far storage of farm water, in this paper, views has been put out that the aim cf economizing water is to improve the self-developing abilities, 1o bring cut the latent capacities of the present water resources in full for the best practical countermcasures to relax the water shortage in North China and pledges on relevant investments and policies should be given for the economizing water, etc. A discussion is followed on it.
