| 摘 要： | 1988年4～9月,在江苏省江宁县水牛巴贝斯虫病流行区,对775头2周岁以上的水牛应用国产咪唑苯脲进行了预防试验,其中415头水牛按2mg/kg体重的剂量肌肉注射咪唑苯脲二盐酸盐溶液作为试验组,360头不进行预防注射作为对照组。结果,在4个月内,试验组有3头发病,发病率为0.72％;对照组有36头发病,发病率为10％;经统计学处理,两组百分率差异极其显著(P<0.01),证明国产咪唑苯脲对水牛巴贝斯虫病有较好预防效果。

| Abstract: | The preventive experiment of domestic imidocarb dihydrochloridewas done with 775 bufflaloes. Four hundred and fifteen heads assignedto the experimental group were injected intramuscularly with that drugat dosage of 2mg/kg. The others (360) were served as control. Theresults showed that only 3 cases of piroplasmosis occurred in experimentalgroup during the observation period (4 months), amd its incidence was0.72%. However, there were 36 cases (10%) in control group. The diffe-rence between experimental and control groups was significant(P<0.01). |
