石榴花期蜂蜜单宁含量分析

摘    要:目的]探讨同一个蜜源蜂蜜中单宁含量与植物花期变化的关系。方法]试验测定了2011和2012年石榴花期生产的24个蜂蜜样品的单宁含量,并对各年不同生产批次蜂蜜单宁含量进行比较。结果]试验表明,2011年石榴花蜂蜜单宁平均含量(0.367±0.133)mg/g,显著高于2012年(0.292±0.033)mg/g。石榴不同花期生产的蜂蜜中单宁含量不同,随花期变化而改变,盛花期高于初花期和末花期,初花期到盛花期含量升高,盛花期到末花期含量降低。结论]研究可为石榴花蜂蜜的开发利用、功能研究和食物中的成分对蜜蜂的生物学意义研究提供参考。

Study on Tannin Content in Honey during the Pomegranate Flowering Period

Abstract:Objective] To discuss the relationship between tannin content in honey and plants flowering period variation.Method] Tannin contents in 24 honey samples produced by pomegranate flowering period in 2011 and 2012 were determined,and tannin contents in different batches of a year were compared.Result] The results indicated that tannin content in honey is(0.367±0.133)mg/g in 2011,which is significant higher than(0.292±0.033)mg/g in 2012.There were different tannin contents in different flowering stages.The tannin contents were higher in the full flowering period than in the initial bloom stage and withering period.The trends were increased from the initial bloom stage to the full flowering stage,and then decreased during the withering period.Conclusion] The study will provide reference for development and utilization,functional research,biological significance of food constituents of pomegranate flower honey.
